Open doors with companies that hire project managers, and bring them to our Career Days.

About the role

Our graduates spend six months running real projects. Your job is to make sure the right companies meet them. You'll find the hiring managers and talent teams who need project coordinators and junior project managers, start conversations, and book them into Career Days.

You'll work closely with our Sales Representative, who takes interested companies through pricing and the agreement.

What you'll do

  • Research and build lists of US companies hiring project coordinators, associate project managers and similar roles.
  • Write outreach that people answer, by email and LinkedIn, with the occasional call.
  • Qualify interest, book introductory calls and fill each Career Day with the right employers.
  • Build relationships with nonprofits, community groups and colleges that can refer students and employers.
  • Keep the CRM accurate, and report each week on what's working.

Your first 90 days

  1. 30 daysLearn the program, the pricing and our Employer Terms, and build your first target list.
  2. 60 daysRun your first outreach campaigns and book employers into the next Career Day.
  3. 90 daysOwn the employer pipeline for a Career Day, from first message to attendance.

What you'll need

  • One to three years in business development, sales development, recruiting or another target-driven role.
  • Writing that is short, specific and human.
  • Organized habits: you follow up, and you keep a CRM accurate.
  • Resilience with rejection, and curiosity about how companies hire.
  • Working hours that overlap with US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Recruiting, staffing or education sales experience.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with project management or tech hiring.

Where you'll work, and pay

Fully remote, from anywhere in the United States or India. You need to be authorized to work in the country you'll work from; we can't sponsor visas.

Top-quartile pay for the role and location, plus a bonus and benefits. We'll share the specific range in our first reply, before any interview.
