That's not a slogan; it's the only way the teaching stays honest.
Writing first
Requests, decisions and status live in writing, where anyone can find them. Meetings are for what writing can't do.
Reviewed against a standard
Your work gets the same treatment as our students': a clear standard, an honest review, and a second chance to meet it.
Fully remote
Work from anywhere in the USA or India. We keep a short daily overlap between India and US Pacific time and do the rest asynchronously.
Paid in the top quartile
Pay in the top quartile for your role and location, plus a bonus and benefits.
