Turn employers' interest into signed agreements for hiring, Graduate Support and team training.

About the role

Employers meet our graduates for free at Career Days and pay a flat $5,000 when someone they hire starts. Some add Graduate Support, and some bring us in to train their existing teams. You'll run those conversations from the first call to the signature.

It's consultative selling to talent leaders, hiring managers and learning teams, with an offer that's easy to say yes to and a promise to graduates you'll never trade away.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery with hiring managers, talent leaders and learning teams, and understand what they actually need.
  • Present graduates' portfolios and the program, and explain our pricing and Employer Terms plainly.
  • Prepare order forms and proposals for placement, Graduate Support and team training, and negotiate within our policies.
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast it honestly.
  • Look after employers after they hire, so they come back for the next Career Day.

Your first 90 days

  1. 30 daysLearn the program, pricing and Employer Terms, and sit in on employer calls.
  2. 60 daysRun your own pipeline and sign your first employer agreements.
  3. 90 daysClose your first Graduate Support or team training deal, and own a quarterly forecast.

What you'll need

  • Two or more years closing B2B deals, ideally selling to HR, talent acquisition or learning and development.
  • Consultative selling: you listen first and propose second.
  • Clear writing and confident, honest negotiation.
  • CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
  • Working hours that overlap with US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Recruiting, staffing or executive search experience.
  • Selling training, education or HR technology.
  • Salesforce or HubSpot.

Where you'll work, and pay

Fully remote, from anywhere in the United States or India. You need to be authorized to work in the country you'll work from; we can't sponsor visas.

Top-quartile pay for the role and location, plus a bonus and benefits. We'll share the specific range in our first reply, before any interview.
